    Love this store. Variety of assorted merchandise at a good price. Parking can be a challenge at certain times but it will pay off if you're patient.

    Went into factory direct last week to purchase an iPad. The customer service was excellent. Every employee was happy and more than willing to help. Got an excellent condition iPad at a very reasonable price. Thanks factory direct I love my iPad!

    Treated like a person staff was helpful prices are good ten day period to exchange an forget the other I don.t think it was to refund all in all good store

    I recently shopped at factory direct and my experience was overall amazing. When entering the store I was greeted immediately. I came looking for a few cords and a new tv. I first noticed the neat and organized shelves . When I was looking at tvs I was approached quickly by a professional staff whom helped me choose what I wanted with great expertise. I was given proper customer service and I was treated like a guest. I will recommend this store in the future!! Will be a returning customer for sure

    Some cheap prices but 90 percent is straight junk. Watch the return policy they limit returns for a reason. Tv mounts are a good deal here tho
