  We receive a couple days prior that they need to reschedule. Okay no issues, we reschedule a time based on their recommendation. We get a phone call a couple days prior to this new date telling us there's an update and we need to call them back. We wait on hold for 45mins and get disconnected. Eventually we hear from them, and they tell us another reschedule is required for some stupid reason - I don't remember.

  This review is reflective of the delivery service that Ashley's uses. At this point, I don't care if that's a fair assessment or not, as they're associated with Ashley's enough to warrant me never shopping there again.

  Stopped by Ashley furniture today and was fortunate to be helped by Nerissa. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and genuine. She spent a generous amount of time helping me find the perfect furniture for my space. She made my furniture shopping experience a very pleasant positive experience!

  That eventually rescheduled to the final day between a 3 hour window that requires either my wife or I to have half day off work. As one could imagine, that is an inconvenient request, but we oblige. An hour after that 3 hour window they show up and begin installation.

  Sue was a great help and a very sincere sales rep. She really tried tobcatwr to my taste and needs. Very pleasant person to deal with. The payment and admin work was quick and clean and the delivery promised was much quicker than most furniture orders.

  Its basically a furniture store, but I am disappointed with their prices. Also staff was busy in their own discussions. No doubt they asked when we entered in the store. But it seems they were having meeting or discussions at that time. Furniture look good but prices seems higher compare to their quality.

  We had a positive experience. We are in the market for a rug and a chair with very specific requirements for colour and style. We were assisted by a very helpful sales person called Sue who made every effort to assist us including creating a possible layout for our family room. Unfortunately, we didn't find a rug that suited the room but we did purchase a chair that will be delivered within only a few days.

  I refuse to ever buy from them again, and I make it a point to tell anyone shopping for furniture about our experience with them.

  Anyways, we purchased a bedroom set (medium price - nothing too extravagant) from them and paid for the shipping & installation. We initially arranged a mutual date & time range, usually 3 hour window. So far that's fine.
