  I recently purchased an area rug online. Picked it up on Saturday and absolutely love the rug. One thing I was not as impressed with however was the fact that the people in the store kept telling me they couldn't believe my rug was shipped to the store. They went on to say that nothing over 1 metre in length is allowed to be shipped there. When I called to see if the rug was in, the man on the phone told me I better bring someone with me because they are not allowed to help me load the rug. They all seemed very inconvenienced that the rug had been sent there. When I told them, that when I ordered the rug, the option very clearly asked me if I wanted it shipped to the store, they still couldn't believe it was allowed. I really felt like I had inconvenienced them. I really love the store and its products, but unfortunately this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

  I recently visited Urban Barn in Stoney Creek for the Fall Workshop. Had a wonderful time as always! The girls were very helpful in finding what I needed, particularly Stephanie and Anne. I recently purchased a couch and chair, so very pleased with it and the girls assisted me in all my pillow purchases to finish off my decor. I'm in love with it. I have had many compliments. Can't wait for the Xmas workshop. Thanks guys for making my home beautiful! :)

  My experience was excellent. Dealt with one lady when ordering my product, she was great. dealt with a second associate when I came to pick up my purchase, also a great experience. I am in customer service myself and really expect what I give to my customers everyday. Nice to see a company that encourages good customer relations.

  Never been their before absolutely love the place. Priced reasonably and have things you would not find anywhere. People are wonderful and helpful. I love this place and would highly recommend you visit Urban Barn
