  Prime downtown location, located in the Hamilton city centre building, with plenty of treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes. Machines are new and abundant. Lots of space and availability, however that may change once more people sign up! Great deal for a membership, best deal in the city, maybe even across the country. Showers and change room are clean and new. Looking forward to going every time!

  My go to gym. Have been with other gyms. It was horrible the people judged you n looked at you like a piece of garbage for not being thin n fit. Here you dont get that. Especially this gym. The dundas one is packed n you do feel judged by the kids there not staff. But the down town one is very relaxed. Lots of room. I have had one rude customer try to push me off a machine cuz she wanted it but told her she can have it once I'm done and she stormed off. I think she even bugged the front staff about it. But everyone else is nice. Front staff are awesome. All round great atmosphere.

  Its always a wake up call when I go to a different gym and realize just how spoiled I am for being a 5 minute walk away.

  Four stars right now because they're not fully done with the renovations. For $9.95 you can't go wrong, and even if they had half of what they have now it would still be worth it. The space is huge, with lots of treadmills, ellipticals, etc. Their free weight area is really nice and spacious, the only downside I could see is they only have 2 squat racks, however I can see them adding more. They also don't have a lot of mirrors up, I'm sure/hoping they're adding many more. I'm sure it'll be 5 STARS when they're done with renovations. Heads up, with a membership they charge a $19.99 building maintenance fee twice a year, even with that it's still the best deal in town.
