  I alway shop at Food Basic. I think they have good prices. They have fresh produce. The store has room for more than one cart down a isle. The store is clean. Fast and friendly cashiers.

  be careful on wednesdays bcuz the sale items and promos are getting flipped over on thursdays, so double check your flyers when going in to shop!

  the inside is clean, and to be quite honest i love the late 70's-early 80's decor, it gives a sense of nostalgia, about how things used to look 30-40 years ago.

  overall this is a basic store. they supply the essentials. nothing flashy here. so i can't give them a 5-star bcuz the selection is not fortinos.

  my heart breaks bcuz at barton/mary they have so many honest working staff that take pride in their job. especially in the produce section, they do their best to keep it clean and tidy! whether they are students or career people, many of these ppl deserve to be f/t with a steady, predictable schedule making $20+/hr, but i am aware of the grocery industry situation.
