    What happened to the automatic GO ticket machine?? It takes twice as long and seems like it was made to actually be worse then the old one...... So weird.

    Staff arent helpful at all. Was mislead multiple times. Even told them I had a court date. This was 2 weeks a go.

    Staff where very friendly and helpful. The seating was comfortably and it has a great lay out. Two thumbs up. It remind me of a mini Union station. Luv it.

    This caused us to be late at the Nash go bus stop missing our bus , causing us to be 2 hours late at the Sheraton conference centre in Niagara falls.

    Fairly good station. Buses usually are on time. Takes a while to take bus out of city.

    Tourists from Calgary , Mis-informed by the #2 bus driver at the hamilton airport about being able to take the "go" bus from the main station in Hamilton .
